Comforts of superior twin room in good condition were fabulous. It was neat and everything was perfect. The location in a superb area was quiet and there were a shopping street and a local market nearby;)))

Great breakfast service, plenty to choose from. Bath articles were very good. Hotel in a great quiet location with many restaurants near by and close to the Metro Station. Easy to walk to Colon, Cibeles, and even to Prado Museum.
We were give two interiors rooms with no views and little natural light. I think the hotel should mention upon reservation the kind of room they were giving us. Also, the rooms were for smokers, even though we have a non-smoking preference, and we were not contacted by the hotel. In one of the rooms we could smell the smoke. Although it is mentioned in the description, the hotel does not have a restaurant, only a bar that serves some (bad) meals and at a very expensive price (we paid 50 euros for 4 "canned" and small bolognesi and water).

Modern place with extremely helpful staff and free wi-fi. Reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. Very pleasant overall experience.

The comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms and lovely toiletries; the excellent and delicious buffet breakfast; the location near swanky shops but walkable to most sites of interest
Some noise from street (to be expected in central Madrid);air con/heating a bit difficult to control - room a bit warm but opened window...hence noise! Staff in dining room a bit sullen and overzealous about clearing your dishes as soon as - sometimes before - before you'd finished.

The location is unbeatable in the
Heart of Salamanca. The breakfast left something to be desired, and some rooms can feel cramped, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I came here for 1 night and had a fab stay. My hotel room was wonderfulwith balcony and a view over the roofs of Madrid, for instance. The staff was INCREDIBLE, friendly with every request. The location was marvellous and unbeatable - ease of access to Golden Mile.

Solo traveler's hidden gem
The staff down at the reception was a lifesaver for me, I asked about the best local spots and they directed me to this amazing little eatery around the corner. Plus, the huge breakfast spread, it had everything you could think of! I couldn't help but indulge in the cheeses and fresh fruits, it was like a feast every morning.
Wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know, I got what I paid for.

It was just a suitable option for one night in Madrid with reasonable value. I appreciated how quickly the staff handled my check-in when I arrived late. Make sure to check if everything in the room works before settling in.

Great location and attentive staff
I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect for exploring Salamanca, surrounded by amazing shops and cafés. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were accommodating. One thing to improve would be the reading lights in the room, as they could have been better for nighttime reading.

I had a comfortable stay with a lovely balcony, made my mornings better and the extra shower gel for my kid was a nice touch. The hotel offers a cozy lounge and a fantastic rooftop for relaxation. The room was a bit snug for two suitcases, but overall it was a great experience 😊
